Tags

Tag are a feature that allows you to analyze your customers' demands more quickly and accurately and to provide better quality service in a shorter time. You can also create segments from tags and send template messages to these segments.

You can use tags to tag your customers' profiles or to tag their conversations. To create a segment, you must create a profile tag.

To create a profile tag, go to chat manager > tags > profile tags tab.

You can create as many profile tags as you want, suitable for your business model. To do this, click the create button.

After entering the tag name, click the create button.

To manually tag customers during the conversation, you can add the appropriate registered profile tags by clicking the Plus Button button on the customer profile screen. To add a speech tag, you can select the relevant tag by clicking the tags button on the speech screen.
