Using C-Commerce

All modules on MessageGate have been designed with the aim of providing ease of use and high efficiency for businesses. You can see how you can offer your customers a shopping experience through messaging platforms with C-commerce from the steps below.

Enter the MessageGate Omni-Chat screen (Agent Screen).

From the profile screen of the customer who wants to shop, click the basket tab and then the products button.

Click the detail button next to the product you want to add to the cart from the list.

You can determine the number of products with the + and - buttons on the screen that opens, and show it to the customer by clicking the show to the customer button to make sure that you have added the correct product. Or you can add to cart directly by clicking the add to cart button. You can use the filter option to find the product you are looking for more easily.

In this step, you can add other products to the cart or remove products from the cart. If your customer approves the cart, you can proceed to the next step by clicking the create order button.

If the customer has an address registered on the system, you can select it from the order address options. Click add to create a new address, click edit to edit the existing address.

Choose a payment method (Payment methods are your payment methods on the integrated platform.) Then choose shipping.

You can click the send order details button to get approval from your customer. Thus, your customer can view the cart details before shopping.

Click the create order button to proceed to the payment step.

After the payment process is completed, the order is created. You can view the order details from the order tab on the customer profile screen. You can also access your customer's past order information via this tab.
