Messenger Channel Binding
In MessageGate, you can connect your Facebook Messenger channel in a few seconds and start messaging immediately through the MessageGate Chat panel.
Before proceeding with the channel connection process, check the accuracy of the information below.
- This process must be done by a fully authorized admin account in the Facebook Business Account.

To connect your Facebook channel, follow these steps:
- From the MessageGate console screen, click channels on the left panel or go to here.
- Click Facebook and click continue in the setup wizard.
- Click Add Selected Channel to complete the installation process.
After completing the above steps, you can use your Facebook account through the MessageGate Chat panel. You can log in to the MessageGate Chat panel with your username and password by clicking Inbox on the left panel of the console screen.
